Crossword Genie provides rapid assistance for solving crossword clues and identifying solutions in various word games, including hangman, Scrabble®, and Words with Friends. Its features include:

• Word Search: Enter known letters of a word, utilizing full stops as wildcards for missing letters. The search function is notably swift, often rendering results almost instantaneously.
• Anagram Solver: Input the letters of an unknown word, substituting wildcards with full stops. This tool supports partial anagram resolutions; for example, entering "TEADP." locates all six-letter words derivable from the provided letters plus an additional wildcard.
• Intersecting Word Search: Input two separate patterns representing vertical and horizontal words. Users can manipulate these patterns by dragging to align overlapping letters as in the actual puzzle. Initiating the solve command yields all valid intersecting word combinations based on the input patterns.

The application boasts an extensive internal database comprising over 160,000 English words, including more than 3,000 proper nouns. It operates independently of internet connectivity, ensuring usability in offline scenarios. For users with online access, the app allows instant lookup of word definitions by long-pressing on a word within the tools, offering options to view definitions or copy results to the clipboard.

To maintain optimal performance, search results are capped at 400 entries, aiming for efficiency without overwhelming the user with excessive options.
